Profile

ABOUT
I am a barrister of England and Wales, an advocate in India and registered before the DIFC Courts and the ADGM Courts with full rights of audience.
I am a member of 4–5 Gray’s Inn Square in London and am based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
I advise and represent businesses in arbitration and litigation involving the substantive laws of England and Wales, Dubai International Financial Centre, Abu Dhabi Global Market, Singapore and India, among others. I appear as counsel under all the main arbitral rules and in the DIFC and ADGM Courts.
I am appointed regularly as arbitrator.
Much of my work sits on the Europe-West Asia-Asia corridor where I support businesses in disputes arising out of trade, commerce and investment. I also represent businesses in recognition and enforcement as well as as well as setting aside proceedings.
My strengths are written and oral advocacy. I reduce technical and factual complexity to a small number of pivotal points for tribunals and courts to decide.
